Prenatal Yoga
A gentle yoga class for all levels of yoga students that are pregnant or
preparing for pregnancy.
Restorative Yoga
Emphasis is on releasing tension through poses supported by different
props. Great way to de-stress!
Yoga for 50+
A gentle Yoga class for beginners as well as 50+, focuses on strengthening
the body and increasing balance and flexibility with the aid of props.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga focuses on physically exploring the body and quieting the mind through
long-held, yet powerful poses which deepen and enhance Flexibility and release at
the core of the body. It requires time & patience because poses are held longer
than in traditional yoga classes. Appropriate for both the new student and the
advanced yogi. Working with the deeper connective tissues of the hips, pelvis,
and lower spine by relaxing into poses for 4 to 7 minutes. Brings meditation
and asana into a very deep practice.
