Sherry's yoga classes weave asana flow, clear alignment instruction, and breath with heart-oriented themes and are designed to offer appropriate challenge and support to each student.
Sherry also practices Nonviolent/Compassionate Communication (NVC), as developed by Marshall Rosenberg, which she thinks of as a yoga of compassionate presence and communication. She delights in the deepening connection with self and others that these practices cultivate.
